Agriforest currently has several woodland creation schemes in the Scottish Borders, Midlothian, and South Lanarkshire being worked on.

In addition, we are also working on schemes involving forest road creation, and a large afforestation site. We regularly deal with enquiries for potential woodland creation, and have undertaken work on various sites to date. We approach this area in the same fashion as our harvesting work - a site visit and informal chat leads to a report being created and sent to our clients. We often create and map 'example' planting schemes and send these to our clients, to help aid creativity and spur on ideas that land owners have. We regularly use the services of a retired Scottish Forestry woodland officer, and in addition, an experienced GIS mapping expert to create practical and successful schemes.
